If you have not received your covid test result for a date between January 18 and January 22, we apologize!
We ran over 9,200 tests. We unfortunately had a technical issue with the bar code transfer to the lab on about 150 tests. We were not able to run these tests and you you will not receive a result for these tests.
There was nothing done wrong on your part; it was a bar code issue. We have already made improvements and continue to do so to improve this new process. We apologize for this happening. No further action is required for this incident and Covid-19 testing enforcement will not apply to the students' tests that were not able to be processed between January 18 and January 22.
